Your privacy is important to us. Your direct email address or phone number is not displayed publicly on the platform. Registered customers who have booked a session with you receive the necessary information to participate in the video session. Communication before and during the session runs primarily via the platform's messaging function.
The calculation of your compensation is transparent:
Example: Customer pays €100. Commission to screen.coach: €12. Your credit: €88.
Payouts of your credits are usually made as a collective transfer monthly, at the end of each month. This includes all sessions that successfully took place and were completed in the respective billing month (see Terms & Conditions §5). A prerequisite is a successfully completed Stripe onboarding.
No, for services mediated and provided via screen.coach, you generally do not need to write your own invoices to customers. Since screen.coach acts as a service commission agent (see Terms & Conditions §3), screen.coach issues invoices to customers.
For your own accounting, you regularly receive credits from screen.coach (according to § 14 Para. 2 UStG) for the amounts due to you. You can download these credits under Invoices and Credits.
PStTG stands for the Platform Tax Transparency Act. As operators of a digital platform, we are legally obligated to report data about the income of our providers to the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) from certain revenue thresholds or a certain number of transactions per year.
For you this means: If you reach the relevant thresholds, screen.coach automatically transmits the required data. You generally do not need to take any separate action, except to ensure that your data stored with us and with Stripe (especially tax ID, company name, address) is correct and up to date. You can also find more information in our privacy policy (§7).
Rescheduling: A direct function for rescheduling appointments by you is currently not implemented. If you urgently need to reschedule, please contact support at info@screen.coach to find a solution with the customer.
Cancellations by you: Should you need to cancel an appointment, please inform the customer and support as quickly as possible. In case of a cancellation by you, the customer receives 100% of the paid amount back. According to our Terms & Conditions (§7 and §18), you bear the resulting platform commission of 12% in this case, i.e. this amount will be offset against your credit or billed to you.
Contact Coach SupportIf a customer does not appear for the booked session, please wait at least 10-15 minutes after the planned start time. If the customer has not joined by then, you can mark the session in the dashboard (coming soon) as "No-show by customer". In this case, you will usually still be credited for the session, minus the usual platform commission. Details are governed by the Terms & Conditions.

The visibility of your profile and offers in search results can be influenced by various factors to suggest high-quality and suitable experts to customers. These may include:
We value fair and authentic reviews. Should you receive a review that you consider unjustified or that violates our review guidelines (e.g. inappropriate statements, false factual claims), you can report it to support for review within 7 days of publication.
Please explain exactly why you are contesting the review. We will examine the facts and then decide whether the review should be adjusted or removed.

Currently, individual discount codes that you can create yourself for your offers are not planned. However, screen.coach may conduct platform-wide marketing campaigns with discounts, which could also benefit your offers. We would inform you about such campaigns in advance.
screen.coach is a mediation platform and does not give you any instructions regarding your working hours, workplace or the way you conduct your consultations. You act as a self-employed entrepreneur.
To prevent the risk of fake self-employment, it is generally advisable to work for several clients and to broadly establish your entrepreneurial activity. Using screen.coach as one of several sales or acquisition platforms is harmless in this regard. The final assessment lies with the social insurance carriers and tax authorities in individual cases. If you are uncertain, please consult a tax advisor or lawyer.
As a provider, you are responsible for the content of your consultation and the correctness of your advice. According to our Terms & Conditions (§9), you are liable as an independent entrepreneur for the substantive correctness and expertise of the consultation.
You are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. It is recommended to take out professional liability insurance.
Yes, you may use third-party software (e.g. development environments, analysis tools, presentation software) in your sessions to conduct your consultation. However, make sure you have the necessary licenses for the software used and do not violate any copyrights or license conditions.
If you or your customers want to exchange confidential information during the session that goes beyond the usual scope, it is recommended to conclude a separate confidentiality agreement (NDA) directly with the customer beforehand. screen.coach is not a contracting party in this case.
You can cancel your usage contract and thus your account at any time with 14 days' notice to the end of the month. Send an email to info@screen.coach or use the "Cancel account" function in your dashboard, if available.
Still open, booked sessions will be processed regularly and outstanding credits will be transferred to you at the next regular payout date (see Terms & Conditions §6).
Yes, if you temporarily do not want to accept new inquiries or bookings, you can set your profile in your dashboard (coming soon) to "Inactive" or "Paused". Your offers will then no longer be displayed in the search and you will not be bookable. However, your profile and settings remain, so you can reactivate your account at any time.

Private persons can create offers on our platform! However, there are specific limitations to ensure fair access and prevent abuse:
Pricing: All offers from private persons must be free (€0). You cannot charge for your services.
Participants: Your offers can have a maximum of 4 participants per session.
Monthly Limit: Private persons can have up to 10 appointment bookings per month. After reaching this limit, no further bookings are possible until the next month.
If you represent a company or want to offer paid services, you can upgrade your organization type in your organization profile and complete the necessary tax and payment setup.
