The minimum age for using the platform is 18 years, according to our Terms & Conditions (§4).

The booking process is straightforward:
You will immediately receive a booking confirmation by email if the offer is directly bookable. Otherwise, you will receive a notification once the expert has accepted your request. You can then view the appointment in your customer area under 'Sent requests' and pay within a maximum of 24 hours.
All your booked appointments can be found clearly in your personal area under 'My Appointments'. There you can switch between the tabs 'Upcoming Appointments' and 'Past Appointments'.

All payments are processed securely and reliably through our partner Stripe.
Yes. At the end of each month, you will receive a collective invoice with VAT included by email. You can download all your invoices anytime in your customer account in the Organization section under 'My Invoices'.
The invoice issuer is Appilogic GmbH, the operator of screen.coach (see Terms & Conditions §1).
Your credit card or account will be charged directly upon completion of the booking process if the offer is directly bookable. This secures your appointment with the expert. However, the payout to the expert only occurs after the session has successfully taken place, according to our Terms & Conditions (§5).
A direct cancellation or rescheduling function via the platform is not yet implemented. However, we are working on it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible by email at info@screen.coach. Please note our guidelines on this in the Terms & Conditions (§7). There is no general right to rescheduling, but we try to find a solution.
If a coach unexpectedly does not appear for a booked appointment or is significantly late, you have the right to file a complaint. Please report the incident to us
After reviewing and acknowledging your complaint, you will naturally receive 100% of the paid amount refunded (see Terms & Conditions §6).

Usage is optimized for desktop PCs and laptops. A stable internet connection is essential for video sessions.
No, screen.coach is a pure web application. You don't need to install any additional software. Video sessions take place directly in your browser. Just make sure your browser has access to your camera and microphone and that they are activated.
To ensure that your technology is ready for the video session, you can perform a general WebRTC test. Search online for "WebRTC Test" – many free services offer a quick check for camera, microphone and connection. We also plan to offer our own quick test link directly on the platform.
Yes, the security of your data is a high priority for us. All video sessions are protected during transmission with modern encryption technologies (such as TLS for signaling and SRTP for media streams). Our video conferencing solution Daily.co is designed for security and data protection.
Sessions are generally not recorded, unless the coach explicitly offers this function and you as a customer expressly consent to the recording.

Your feedback is important to us! After the end of a session, a pop-up window will soon appear where you can directly rate the consultation. Alternatively, you will soon find a 'Give feedback' button in your customer area under 'My Appointments' for past appointments.
